We're so confident you’ll love Stage Fright Solution Guide Book that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.

There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to the guide book at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase

2. Your contact details (email, name) associated with the purchase and refunds will be processed to the original customer to the same account. Without your contact details, we are unable to identify your order. Any refund processing fees taken by your bank or currency exchange rate differences will not be refunded.

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 30 days of purchasing Stage Fright Solution Guide Book. For example, if you purchased Stage Fright Solution Guide Book on 1 March 2025, add 30 days and the date would be 30th of March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 30th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Miscellaneous:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means US dollars.

3. From Stage Fright To Spotlight reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. From Stage Fright To Spotlight has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. From Stage Fright To Spotlight reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by From Stage Fright To Spotlight to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. From Stage Fright To Spotlight has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, From Stage Fright To Spotlight will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
